This marks the beginning of the industry's first dedicated digital learning platform for training electricians in the safe and efficient installation of electric vehicle chargers, according to Zaptec.
"Our goal is to make training available 24/7 so electricians can tailor the training program to their schedule. We are the first in our industry to offer such courses, and in just 17 days, the number of certified Zaptec electricians in our test market Norway has surpassed the total for the last six months," says Julie Frances Roman, Customer Success Manager at Zaptec.
The digital learning platform gives electricians the freedom to develop their skills in installation work at their convenience.
"I have never seen others in our industry train electricians this way, and we have received both brilliant and constructive feedback. We take this feedback seriously to improve the training continuously," says Roman.
"After all, the electricians are experts in installing electric vehicle chargers. The fact that the course is hitting the mark and that electricians are providing feedback confirms that the time was ripe to renew the training method," she adds.
