Industry news

"This quarter shows the strength of Zaptec. Over the past years, we have systematically built the company through investments in products, technology, market presence, installer relationships and operational scalability. The results are now clearly visible, with record revenue, EBITDA, installations and order intake in the quarter.

Being named Europe's leading AC charging provider for the second consecutive year reflects the strength of our platform and the trust placed in Zaptec. Combined with a record order backlog and accelerating EV adoption, with one in three new vehicles sold in Europe now being plug-in vehicles, we are well positioned for continued growth," says Kurt Østrem, CEO of Zaptec.

Q2 highlights

  • Revenue: 506 million NOK
  • Order intake: 894 million NOK
  • Order backlog: 1 119 million NOK
  • Gross margin: 41%
  • Opex: 137 million NOK
