Zaptec named one of Norway’s best workplaces

Zaptec is ranked among Norway’s best workplaces in the 50 to 199 employees category. The ranking is carried out by Great Place to Work, which evaluates workplaces around the world every year. For us, this mainly means one thing: that our people experience Zaptec as a good place to work.

Based on our employees’ own answers

Great Place to Work is not about ping pong tables and Friday treats. The ranking is largely based on a thorough and anonymous employee survey, where people share how they experience their everyday work life. It measures employees’ sense of trust, fairness, community, pride and enjoyment at work.

“For us, this recognition matters because it comes from within. The fact that we are now among the top 20 in Norway in our category is a sign that we are doing many things right, and that we also have a strong foundation to keep improving,” says Trude Schulberg, Chief People Officer at Zaptec.

Great Place to Work works with more than 18,000 companies in 170 countries. In Norway, more than 800 organisations have been measured in the past year, and 55 companies have made it through the eye of the needle to be included on the list of Norway’s best workplaces, across four categories. The ranking has been carried out for the 23rd time in Norway.

“We see this position as confirmation that our culture is robust, not perfect. There is always more we can improve, and the results from the survey give us concrete areas to keep working on,” says Schulberg.
