What is Zaptec Academy?

Zaptec Academy is our e‑learning platform for installers and partners.

In 1,5 hours, you can complete our online technical training, learn the essentials of Zaptec charging solutions, and earn your Zaptec certification badge.

Access the platform and courses on desktop or mobile, making it convenient to learn wherever you are. Zaptec Academy is accessible anywhere, anytime.
 

Become Zaptec certified

To become Zaptec certified, you need to complete all chapters in the Zaptec product certification course. The course is divided into chapters covering each product and key topic.

  • Home charging: Zaptec Go
  • Commercial and shared charging: Zaptec Pro
  • Zaptec Sense and power management
  • Troubleshooting and handover

Once you have completed all chapters, you can download your diploma, receive your certification badge, and celebrate your achievement.

How to get started

  1. Visit: https://academy.zaptec.com/ or download the "Go Learn" app for iPhone and Android
  2. Click on New User - Register and fill in your details
  3. Select your location to access the course tailored to your region and language.
  4. Fill in your company (org. nr)
  5. Verify your account by clicking on the link in your e-mail
