1. Promoter
The promoter of this promotion is Zaptec Charger AS (“Zaptec”), with registered address at Vassbotnen 1, 4313 Sandnes, Norway.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The promotion is open to:
who are resident in a European country in which Club Zaptec is available and where participation in this type of promotion is not prohibited by local law.
2.2 Entrants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
2.3 Employees of Zaptec, its group companies, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally involved in administering this promotion are not eligible to enter.
2.4 Entry is on an individual basis. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple individuals from the same company may enter, provided they each meet the eligibility criteria.
2.5 Zaptec reserves the right to verify eligibility (including partnership status, company details and country of residence) and to void entries that do not meet these criteria or that are submitted using false, misleading or incomplete information.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The promotion is open for entries from 23 March until 19 April 2026, 23:59 (CEST) (“Promotion Period”).
3.2 To be entered into the prize draw, eligible participants must have completed their Club Zaptec sign‑up before the Promotion Period ends.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter the prize draw, an eligible participant must:

5. Prizes
5.1 Main prize: One winner will receive a trip for two people to attend a Liverpool vs Everton match in the 2026/2027 Premier League season (“Main Prize”), which will consist of:
5.2 The exact match date, flights and accommodation details will be agreed between Zaptec and the winner, subject to ticket availability and practical timing (e.g. fixture scheduling, broadcast changes, travel feasibility).
5.3 If, for reasons outside Zaptec’s reasonable control, the designated match is cancelled, rescheduled, or if suitable tickets cannot be procured, Zaptec reserves the right to substitute the match with:

5.4 Consolation prizes: Three additional winners will each receive one official Club Zaptec jersey (“Consolation Prize”). Sizes, styles and delivery timelines are subject to availability.
5.5 Prizes are non‑transferable, non‑refundable and no cash or other alternative will be offered, except that Zaptec reserves the right to substitute any prize (or part of a prize) with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 One Main Prize winner and three Consolation Prize winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
6.2 The draw will take place on 20 April 2026.
6.3 Winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided at sign‑up, within 5 business days of the draw.
6.4 To claim their prize, winners must respond to the notification email within 7 days of the notification being sent. If a winner does not respond within this period, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or declines the prize, Zaptec reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.
7. Publicity
7.1 Zaptec may ask the winners to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion, such as use of first name, company name, country and non‑offensive photographs in marketing materials and social media. Any such publicity will be subject to the winner’s consent in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
8. Data Protection
8.1 Zaptec will process personal data of entrants solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and managing Club Zaptec memberships, and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. General
9.1 By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
9.2 Zaptec reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion (or any part of it) if it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, war, pandemic, natural disasters, or event cancellations. In such circumstances, Zaptec shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder, but will endeavour to minimise the effect on participants to the extent reasonably practicable.
9.3 Zaptec reserves the right to refuse entry or to withdraw a prize where it reasonably believes:
