The Great Place To Work certification is a quality stamp for workplaces that prioritize employee satisfaction. The survey assesses trust between management and employees, pride in the workplace, and camaraderie, among other factors.

In a time marked by changes, with the number of employees doubling in two years, this survey holds great significance for us. We have several areas to address and work on moving forward, and therefore, I am humbled and pleased to receive the certification. External evaluations lay the foundation for our continued efforts to develop and strengthen our culture and well-being.
